About us
Berdoll's has been family owned and operated for 33 years. The farm is 340 acres and has 15,000 trees in the orchard and 90,000 in the nursery. The varieties of pecans in our orchard are Choctaw, Pawnee, Wichita, Kiowa, and Cheyenne. We take great pride in the quality of our products as we sell the pecans we raise in-shell, cracked, shelled, and candied. All of the chocolate and flavored pecans are made in our own commercial kitchens.

Our Family Kitchen
In 2011 Berdoll's built our processing plant and candy kitchen right next door to the retail store. We have a 30 foot enrobed chocolate machine, 2 convectional ovens, honey glazed machine, and many more machines and hands running daily to provide our customers with mouth watering candy and flavored pecans that you can't find elsewhere.

Fun Facts about our candy kitchen:
  • In 2016 we used 36,000 cups of pecans just for pecan pies.
  • In 2016 26,300,000 individual inshell pecans were either cracked or shelled in our processing facility
  • In 2016, we made about 17,000 lbs of honey glazed pecans per year
