Wichita pecans also have a slightly higher oil content which makes them great for baking!! These pecans are slightly harder to shell because of their fullness. We crack Wichita for FREE...this is your best buy! !

I do a lot of baking not only for the public, but for my family and these pecans were just wonderful. After having been cracked for us they peeled very easily. The meats were plump and juicy with wonderful pecan oil. I would recommend them to anyone.
