Fundraising with Berdoll Pecan Candy & Gift co.

Thank you for choosing Berdoll Pecan Candy & Gift Co. to host your fundraiser. We are a family owned business that has been in operation for over 30 years. We know that the excellent quality of our homegrown pecans and pecan candies will generate the funds that your organization needs. We hope to make your fundraising experience as profitable and hassle free as possible!

How it works:

We will provide you with the materials you need for your fundraiser. These materials include a fundraising catalog, an address form, and an order form for each participant. Participants will sell products during the time frame that you determine for your fundraiser. At the conclusion of your selling period, you will collect the order forms and money from all participants. Calculate the total number of each product sold from all participants' order forms and record your totals on the "Final Submission Form". Berdoll's will fill your order based on the numbers you submit on the Final Submission Form. You will deposit all cash and checks into your organization's account. You owe Berdoll Pecan Candy & Gift Co. for the Wholesale portion of the entire sale. To calculate the portion you owe, mutiply the "Total Sold" column by the "Wholesale Price" column on the Final Submission Form and record each total in the "Wholesale Total" column to the far right. Add all totals in the Wholesale Total column and record this total in the box titled "Grand Total payable to Berdoll Pecan Candy & Gift Co.". Please remit payment to Berdoll Pecan Candy & Gift Co. along with the Final Submission Form.

To take an order:

The participant will fill out the buyer's name, address and phone number on the Address Form. It is very important that this information is recorded correctly as it will be the participant's responsibility to deliver the products to their buyers. They will then write the buyer's name on the corresponding order form and fill in the quantity for each product that the buyer wishes to order. The participant's will calculate and record the total under the "Total" column on the Order Form. Collect payment from the buyer in the form of cash or a check made out to your organization. At the bottom of each participant's order form, there is a place to fill in "Make checks payable to:    (your organization)   ". You will also need to determine an expected delivery date which can be filled in at the top of each Address Form to let buyers know when they can expect their order.

Delivery and Distribution:

Your order will be ready for delivery or pick-up within one week from the time Berdoll's receives your Final Submission Form and your check. If you choose to have the order delivered, there is a $15.00 delivery fee which can be paid seperately or added into your check to Berdoll's. If you choose to pick up, we are located between the Austin Airport and Bastrop on Highway 71. We are open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.. Distribution of all orders is your responsibility.
