Our Pecan Halves and Pecan Pieces are made from Pawnee pecans, a Texas favorite known for their rich, buttery flavor and satisfying crunch. Our pecans come from orchards around Central Texas and are carefully graded, cracked, and shelled for perfection in our 9,000-square-foot pecan factory at Berdoll Pecan Farm. We take great care throughout the process to preserve the natural flavor, freshness, and quality of every pecan that leaves our facility. Pecan halves are wonderful for eating by the handful, adding to salads, topping desserts, or using in homemade pecan pies and other baked goods.
