Our Pecan Halves and Pecan Pieces are made from Pawnee pecans, a Texas favorite known for their rich, buttery flavor and satisfying crunch. Our pecans come from orchards around Central Texas and are carefully graded, cracked, and shelled for perfection in our 9,000-square-foot pecan factory at Berdoll Pecan Farm.
