Two Step - quick and easy |
| I have had one of these before. Lent it out and of course, never got it back. This is a efficient cracker. Most pecans can be cracked with one adjustment. Our pecans are native so the shell is quite hard. The Two Step snaps them eaisly up the sides, making peeling quick and easy. When you have just the right tension you can get whole halves from the pecan shell. |
